What we are looking for:
- Hospitality and Multifamily Residential Interior Designers/Architects with 7-12 years of experience
- A Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Architecture or Interior Design
- Someone who brings technical expertise, experience with code analysis (ADA/FHA/IBC, etc…), consultant coordination experience (MEP, lighting, acoustic, security) and project management skills, coupled with creativity and positivity.
- Strong skills in Revit, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam Studio and InDesign. Excellent 3D modeling skills are highly valued.
- Ability and desire to co-create with multiple team members to develop compelling design concepts and collectively translate them into clear presentations and construction documents
- Experience in construction administration for interior renovations and new development in multifamily, senior living, and or hospitality projects
- Refined, high-end design influences and a love of clean, streamlined construction document sets
- Experience in amenity space planning, FF&E specifications, material selection
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Must have a valid work permit for the USA
- Leadership and mentorship abilities to guide more junior designers through the design process
What we prefer
- LEED and/or WELL accreditation
- Progress towards NCIDQ certification or architectural licensure
